Last updated: 7 November 2026

The terms that apply when you use the Last Call: Pixel Pub website and iPhone game.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Last Call: Pixel Pub website and the Last Call: Pixel Pub mobile game (together, the “Service”), operated by BrüBer Logic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By visiting the website or downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The game depicts alcohol and serving alcohol. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over; if you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

Last Call: Pixel Pub is a pixel-art bartending game for iPhone, distributed through the Apple App Store. The website provides information about the game and links to its App Store listing.

We may update, change, or remove parts of the Service at any time, including game content, features, and website pages.

3. App Store terms

The game is downloaded through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store and any in-app purchases are also governed by Apple’s own terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including the game, artwork, characters, music, code, logos, and text, is owned by BrüBer Logic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except where the law allows it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no cheating, exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for anything unlawful.

6. Purchases

If the game offers paid content or in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies. Prices may change at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrüBer Logic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Service will be handled in the courts of Florida, unless your local consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with its date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
